Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order. Orders are processed and packed each Thursday. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you to let you know your cards are on their way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally packed and shipped within 5 business days using Australia Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to domestic orders under $30.00, orders are expected to arrive between 2-8 business days. Orders over $30.00 receive free shipping. Express shipping costs $15.00 with orders delivered between 1-4 business days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please choose wisely as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or circumstance.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@kindstudio.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
